To become athletes to Shooting Group of Kavala “SK.O.N.K”:

1) Application form for the group
2) Four 4 color photos (passport size)
3) Copy of criminal generic registry
4) Photocopy of ID (both sides on the same page)
5) Two (2) affidavits of Law. 1599/86
6) Registration Statement (Form TSER)
7) “PRESS HEALTH ATHLETE ‘stamped by psychiatrist or GP.

NOTE: A copy of the sentence. Registration NOT required for uniformed

Copy sentences. Registry issued via ADS

All forms (Nos. 5,6 and 7) to receive from the Group.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS:

Join the Group (single)  50,00 €

Group Annual Subscription 30,00 €

Fee SK.O.E. 35,00 € (shooter Bulletin edition “DE-AS”)

Fee SK.O.E. / E.T.E.P.S. 6,00 € (for Praktiki Shooting)

Fee SK.O.E. 25,00 € (renewal DE-AS)

Fee SK.O.E. / E.T.E.P.S. 6,00 € (renewal of Practice)

NOTE: Both the shooter Release (NR-ML) and the “identity” SK.O.E. / E.T.E.P.S. updated annually in January. Otherwise, the shooter will NOT renew identities NOT take place, either in training or in matches, to renew identity cards.
